John A. Richert, Esq.

John Richert is the Managing Attorney in Florida. John graduated from Stetson University College of Law in May 2013 and passed the Florida Bar Exam in July 2013. While at Stetson, John was also enrolled in the Stetson University Graduate School of Business and received his Master’s Degree in Business Administration in May 2013. During law school, John participated in Stetson’s pro bono program where he volunteered at the Community Law Program in St. Petersburg. He was also a member in the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, the Business Law Society, and the Real Property, Probate, and Trusts Law Society. John was on the Honor Roll at Stetson for the Fall of 2012.

Before law school, John graduated from the College of William and Mary in 2010 with a Bachelors in Business Administration. He majored in finance with a concentration in accounting. While at William and Mary, John was an active participant in two student managed investment funds.

John is licensed to practice law in Florida. Currently, John is a member of the Clearwater and St. Petersburg Bar Associations.
